After a long journey of blind auditions, battle rounds, playoffs and live head-to-head competition, Josh Kaufman was named the winner of "The Voice" on Tuesday night's season finale.

The top 3 finalists took the stage for one last time amid some turmoil.

During the voting window following Monday's performance round, an iTunes glitch made it difficult to find one of the songs by contestant Josh Kaufman.

Votes to determine the winner are tallied with iTunes downloads, text messages, phone calls, and online votes.

Producers tossed out the iTunes download numbers because of the issue and moved on.

First revealed was the third place artist, Christina Grimmie.

In the end, the winner of "The Voice" is Josh Kaufman, the former teacher from Indianapolis.

As the winner, Josh Kaufman gets a record deal with Universal Republic Records.

Josh will be on TODAY Wednesday morning.
