POLICE: ECU Streaker Makes Another Run On Campus

Police say a man who streaked across ECU's football field last November has made another run on campus, this time with his clothes on.

The university says John Sieglinger was arrested around 2:30 a.m. Friday at Reade Circle and Fifth Street. He is charged with injury to personal property, resisting a public officer and trespassing.

Police say they heard glass breaking in the parking lot on Reade Circle and found Sieglinger attempting to break into a vehicle. He ran, and police caught him after a short chase.

Last November, the 22 year old Raleigh man was charged with misdemeanor trespassing and misdemeanor indecent exposure charges after police say he ran naked across Dowdy Ficklen Stadium during the Southern Miss game. ECU banned Sieglinger from their campus for life.

He's being held on a $5,000 bond on the latest charges.
