For the first time since the attacks 12 years ago, a Greenville woman is speaking publicly about her horrific 9/11 experience. She asked us to use her first name only.

Traicy lives in Greenville and says she was working in the second World Trade Center building for an insurance company, when the first plane hit the other building. After evacuating, she looked up, and described what she saw falling from the first building that had been hit.

"I realized it was a body. I followed it, until it hit the ground, and then I realized that it had to be people."

Traicy says she took cover under a bridge while the debris spread across the city once the buildings collapsed. She says she still doesn't feel safe at times, and hasn't been able to visit ground zero since.
