Lieutenant Chris Sutton with ECU Police said you can expect high-traffic around 11:30 a.m. as the ceremony wraps up.

The commencement ceremony began with a processional at 9 a.m. inside Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium while other colleges and departments will host more individualized ceremonies throughout the weekend.
