Danny Cahill pulled off the impressive feat, he began the competition weighing 430 pounds.
At last night's final, Cahill took the stage at 191 pounds! That's a loss of 239 pounds, or more than 55-percent of his body weight.
After being crowned, Cahill gave some advice to those seeking to be their own biggest loser, "My word of advice is believe in yourself. Because the only limits you have are the limits you put on yourself. If you say 'I weigh 430 pounds, I just can't do it, the hill's just too high to climb. And it's not. Look at me. Look at what I've done. You can do it too."
For earning the biggest loser title Cahill also won $250,000 dollars.
