Take A Look At This! A Station Becomes The News, A Buck Swims Some Laps, And Hungry Birds

A California news station became the story when its news van was broken into!

A camera inside started rolling and caught the incident on tape while the K-C-R-A van was parked at a Sacramento store.

Police there say it is a warning not to leave valuables in your car!

No word on leads in the case...

It's not just human tourists that want to see the big apple!

A young buck swam some two-thousand yards from New Jersey to New York's Governor's Island and had to be rescued by a police boat.

Officers tranquilized the deer and took him to a nature preserve.

Experts say it's not uncommon for a buck to swim that far during mating season.

It looks like a scene from the Alfred Hitchcock movie "The Birds!"

Starlings have swarmed Nigara-On-The-Lake, Ontario, drawn there by thousands of tons of grapes left on the vine to rot.

We just make sure we stay under cover.

Experts say the birds may be communicating with their feathered friends about the abundance of food in the area, bringing even more than usual.

The bigger question is... who doesn't know that valuables in a vehicle is a risk, and... why would a news van unload all it's valuables every time it's parked? It's a necessary risk, and the purpose of insurance. Duh?
