SAN ANTONIO, Tx — A Texas club that hired a 14-year-old as an exotic dancer says it was swindled and is suing the seventh-grader and her parents.

An attorney for Club Cheetah in Corpus Christi said the girl entered the club "with 6-inch stiletto heels and a miniskirt," and looked like a Miss America contestant when she began working there earlier this year.

The girl exposed her breasts at the club, a violation of state law.

In a lawsuit filed last week, the club is seeking unspecified damages from the girl and her parents.

It also wants a judge to declare that the club didn't intend to hire a minor.

Alan Yaffe, the club's attorney, told the San Antonio Express-News that the club was "swindled" into hiring the girl.

Maybe she should move to NC and join that pedophile resort WITN has been covering lately. Maybe she's too old? Anyway, it seems like this club knew what it was doing and are overreacting to getting caught with their hand in the cookie jar. Swindled? Maybe the club owner and his lawyer need to move to that resort. Or all four or five of them.

Finally, bad parents may be held accountable.

Do a follow up 4 years from now and let's see where the 14 year old girl is then and what she is up to at 18.

Sooo.... what gave it away? The lack of a valid ID, or did she refuse to "service" a client? This is ridiculous.

Why doesn't the local DA file charges against the club for child endangerment? What judge would actually hear this case? This is bogus.

C'mon why do the parents belong in jail and her in reform school. She is old enough to determine what career choice she would like to make, afterall, she is old enough to have an abortion without her parents consent. She is old enough to get sex education without parental consent. She knew what she wanted and she went after it with her parents consent. Why is the club owner yelling foul? This is a new day-it's time for change-people should be allowed to do what they want if it does harm anyone else. And how is her dancing in a strip club really harming anyone but herself (which she obviously thinks it does not).

No driver's license or state issued I.D. for proof of age.... NO JOB. The girl belongs in reform school and her parents in jail. The club owner or manager is also culpable.
