Meet "Bo" Obama!

It's a case of Bo-mania at the white house Tuesday as the Obama's new prize pooch makes his official debut.

The first family brought "Bo" the Portugese Water Dog onto the White House lawn for his first picture taking session.

The six month old pup was a campaign promise the president made to his daughters.

The President said the only downside to the dog is that his breed is typically fond of tomatoes and could pose a threat to Michelle's garden.

Tim, I agree: I see Mama Obama and G-Ma with hoe in hand tending a garden. I also see Mama Obama and Papa Obama taking Bo (BailOut) for a walk and using a poop scoop. Would you not like to be the SSA picking up poop?

Obama kept a campaign promise to his daughters. That is the amazing story here.

Michelles garden my foot. Michelles gardener's garden perhaps. Everybody gets mad when they associate Obama with fried chicken, collards, or watermelon. I beg to differ, I would feel much better about Obama if this were indeed his menu. He would be more like.....well...us! He's more of a watercress salad, lamb chop, and creme brulee man. And his dog, well, its a Kennedy! He is an elitist who thinks hes better than you or I; hence the millionaire dog. If he ate some fried chicken, cornbread, and grits and had a old lab mix from the pound I'd feel a little better about him. Hypo-allergenic my eye, his entire family are elitists.

Well Annette, this is all good. Se we get excited about an adorable dog and two happy little girls. Isn't it better than hijacking, war and accidents?????

Obama didn't follow through with a pound- puppy but then Malia has allergies. The pup is darling and the joy on the faces of these two little girls is priceless. So Mama has to share a tomato, that will be OK!

I never understood why everyone kept talking and continues to talk about a pet that the president has. Seriously, get a life, there has to be better things to talk about or get all excited about
