Free Breakfast At Denny's Today

Your wallet can take a break for at least one day if you ate at Denny's on the Tuesday after the Super Bowl. In case you missed the commercial that aired during Sunday night's Super Bowl, Denny's gave away free "Grand Slam Breakfasts" at all its locations. The promotion ran Tuesday from 6 am to 2 pm.

The dine-in only breakfast includes two pancakes, two eggs, two links of sausage, and two strips of bacon.

Denny's executives expected up to two million diners to take advantage of the deal during this economic recession.

Get it right now. The quote is - it is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt. Thanx honest Abe. And as for the one who did open her mouth and inserted her entire leg, she is probably not rich at all but just a wannabe or wanna everybody to believe she be. I would have loved to go to Denny's today but only by the grace of God do I have a job.

Oh, how I wish there were a Dennys close to me. I don't care who I dine with, I am just thankful to the lord when ever I do get to dine.

Carrie. Insert foot into wide open mouth. As the saying goes,"it is better to keep your mouth shut, and let people think you are intelligent, then open your mouth and remove all doubt". Must be hard work manicuring your nails, especially with daddy's money.

Did you know the line stretched around the building at 9:00am? There were lots of folks there to enjoy that breakfast this morning! Carrie you just left one space for someone else...

I wonder if the African Americans that sued Denny's will be in line waiting for their free breakfast. What a cheap way for the food chain to get publicity. I'm still glad they are doing it, as times are really getting tough.

Denny's should be commended for this generous act of kindness. If each business/person did just one thing for the ones laid off or just down on their luck, what a wonderful place it would be.

Carrie, People who think like you make me want to get up and go to work even more every day. I truly hope you never fall on back luck and actually need anything from anyone. From the way you talk, I'm pretty sure the company with "them" would be better than the company with you.

to carrie: have you thought prior to your thoughtless statement that some of the so called homes, thug, welfare recipients could be part of the thousands of jobs lost recently??? i'm thankful denny's is doing this for everyone just make sure you don't go since you've obviously got way more money than you'll ever need!

Every homeless, thug, welfare recipient, etc. will be waiting in line as they have nothing better to do.Thanks Denny's but I don't think I will like the company I would be standing with!

That is nice, but where I live it will cost $20.00 in gas to get there. Tomorrow will be $30.00. Thanks, but I'll have to pass this one up.
