Florists across the country and right here in the east were busy delivering flowers Valentine's Day.
At Wendy's Flowers in Greenville, workers were busy making bouquets and sending them out for delivery Tuesday. Owner Wendy price said they prepared for Valentine's Day for the last six weeks and she expected to deliver between 200 to 250 flower orders just Tuesday. She says that's a lot higher than last year's numbers, and says it will help the shop out later in the year.
"It's very special because it can make or break you for the summer. It helps to carry you through the tough times. It's awesome," said Price
