Greenville police are looking for the person accused of stealing more than $17,000 from a local company while working there.
According to a police report filed on October 4th, management at Mid Atlantic Incorporated on South Memorial Drive says an employee ripped off the company to the tune of $17,140.
The larceny by employee is alleged to have happened between June of 2011 and October of this year.
According to online records with the Better Business Bureau, the company listed at the address given by police is named Mid-East Acceptance Corp, a personal and auto loan corporation. The BBB website also says the location listed by police employs 11 people.
No word yet on any arrests in this case, and police reports indicate the investigation is still active.
