Greenville Teen Charged With Sex Offenses Against Child
A Greenville teenager is behind bars on charges of sex crimes against a child.
Greenville police say their Special Victims Unit secured warrants against 17-year-old Deshon Smith, for five counts of first degree sex offense with a child.
The Pitt County Sheriff's Office arrested the teen Monday, according to the jail. Smith has a Paladin Drive address.
Smith's bond was set at $50,000.
