FEMA Center Opens In Tarboro

FEMA is opening another disaster relief center in Eastern Carolina Thursday, but hurricane victims only have a few days to visit.

The FEMA center in Tarboro will open at noon at the Edgecombe County Administration Building. The building is located on St. Andrew St and will stay open until 7 p.m. Friday through Monday the center will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m, with the exception of Sunday when it will be open from 1 to 6 p.m.

The FEMA center will shut down Monday night.
