Doctor Accused Of "Waterboarding" Daughter

A pediatrician who researches near-death experiences involving children was arrested after his daughter told police, he waterboarded her.

Dr. Melvin Morse is a prominent pediatrician in Dover, Delaware. Morse and his wife face felony counts of conspiracy and reckless endangering involving their two daughters, ages 6 and 11.

Waterboarding simulates drowning and it has been used in the past by U.S. Interrogators on terror suspects.

The girl told authorities the torture happened to her multiple times as punishment, but she didn't know what she was being punished for.
