Update: Two Arrested In Synthetic Marijuana Raid Head To Court Monday

Two men accused of selling synthetic marijuana out of a tobacco store are scheduled to head to court Monday morning.

Store manager, 21-year-old Daifallah Adbulla and his employee, 25-year- old Kenneth Parmer are scheduled to appear in a Pitt county courtroom to face charges of trafficking the drug out of the Tobacco Outlet In Pitt County.

The sheriff's office raided the store off East Tenth street near Greenville, after reports they were selling the drug.

More than $21,0000 dollars in cash along with paraphernalia were seized.

Narcotic officers this afternoon found what they say is synthetic marijuana at a Greenville tobacco shop.

WITN was there as narcotic officers raided the Tobacco Outlet on East 10th Street, located in the Rivergate Shopping Center.

So far, deputies say they have seized a large amount of illegal synthetic marijuana, some $21,000 in cash, glass pipes and scales. Deputies say they have been investigating the business for several months and today obtained a search warrant.
