Convicts Charged In New Bern Shooting
Two convicts are back behind bars, charged with a shooting from the weekend.
David Ligon, 32, and Marcus Maxwell, 29, are behind bars in the Craven County Jail, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, inflicting serious injury.
the two are charged for the Saturday morning shooting at the intersection of A and North Bern Streets. The victim was treated and released.
The suspects have both been convicted of drug crimes in the past.
