Bertie County Schools Names Interim Superintendent
An interim superintendent has been named for a county school system in the east.
Elaine White has been named the interim superintendent of Bertie County Schools. White had just been named the new principal of Bertie County High School before getting tapped for the interim superintendent post.
Debbie Harris-Rollins is retiring in September. She started in Bertie County last April.
