Obama To Mark End Of Iraq War At Fort Bragg

President Barack Obama will thank the U.S. military for its lengthy commitment to the war in Iraq next week during a speech to troops at Fort Bragg.

All U.S. troops will leave Iraq by the end of the year. Ahead of that milestone, the White House says Obama wants to speak directly to troops and their families to offer his appreciation for their service and sacrifice.

Michelle Obama will accompany the president when he travels to the North Carolina Army post next Wednesday.

The president, along with Vice President Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Biden, will also help mark the end of the war by attending the annual Army vs. Navy football game in the Washington area on Saturday.

Big deal. Wars are far from over. We are only going from one country to another. My son is going on his third tour in Afganistan in Feb. It has been announced that they would be reducing the number of men and women in the service. Pray tell, where will they work? There are not enought jobs now to put civilians to work. This country has been failing for numerous years now but the last three have been a complete and utter failure.

Now that's funny, but was it not the Republicans that were instrumental in eliminating all those Teachers/Policeman/Federal/and state jobs? Those are the people who has no jobs, no cash, and are hoping to vote in 2012 against the Republicans. It's not a joking matter to them.
