Duke Men's Basketball Team To Visit Gov. Perdue Wednesday

North Carolina's latest national basketball champions will visit Gov. Beverly Perdue.

The Duke University men's basketball team scheduled a visit Wednesday to the Executive Mansion in Raleigh to meet Perdue and be recognized for this month's NCAA title. The Blue Devils edged Butler 61-59 in the national championship game in Indianapolis.

Perdue honored the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill a year ago when the Tar Heels beat Michigan State for the national championship.

I guess that's their punishment. It only took them 9 years to win one. Butler DESERVED to win that game.

To Data man. You want her to teach Duke how to play. Why is that, So Duke can then teach Carolina how to play. Roy Williams could not do it.

To Data Man, your just another hater who is a bitter loser. must be a Carolina fan. Your right Duke won 30 games by cheap fouls.....why don't you try saying they won with the best coach in college basketball with an average team! now thats saying something. otherwise stop hating, it makes you look bad
