Cunningham First Democratic Senate Candidate To Run TV Ad Ahead Of Primary

Cal Cunningham is poised to become the first Democratic U.S. Senate candidate in North Carolina to run a television commercial, three weeks before the primary.

Cunningham's campaign unveiled on Monday a biographical ad. Campaign manager Rick Fromberg said the ad will begin airing on Tuesday in multiple media markets but declined to say where or the cost to run it.

Cunningham narrates how he's a former state senator who volunteered for the Army reserve after 9-11 and served in Iraq. The Lexington attorney says he now wants to fight a "different kind of war" to oppose unfair trade practices and tax breaks that send jobs overseas.

Cunningham is one of six Democrats seeking the party nomination on May 4 for the seat now held by Republican incumbent Richard Burr.

You Just Mad, don't justify your mistake with your ineptness to "find out what you voted for". You cannot justify mistake that we "democrats" know. "You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred. You cannot build character and courage by taking away people's initiative and independence. You cannot help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves."

You just mad? That would be you're just mad, would expect no less from an Obama supporter. What change are they making? Wait until next year when all these new taxes kick in and your take home pay is alot less than it is now, that is if you still have a job next year, or do you just not have a job in the first place?

Sorry, the Democrats are done. They sealed their fate with the healthcare bill passing, back room deals, bribes and corruption.

Dream on. Democrats are on the losing end this go around. We've had enough. Can't take anymore. Just like the 480 trillion dollar jump in the federal budget since Feb. we will see a tremendous jump in March. Americans cant pay anymore. We're broke because of government spending and some how we have got to put a stop to it.

Not to mention, "I will not raise taxes on those making less than 250K per year, not a dime". Cunningham needs to run...away, as fast as he can. Run Forrest....Run

With the current public ire, do Democtratic candidates really think they have much of a chance? The whole party is going to be taking the blame for the fiasco led by senior party officials, top dof included. All the campaign promises like "bi-partisanship" and "transparency" has become a national joke. Dem candidates have a tough time convincing voters they aren't lieing through their teeth.
