6 NC Students Charged With Setting School Fires

Fire officials in North Carolina have taken six juveniles into custody after an investigation into fires set at Henderson Middle School.

The Daily Dispatch of Henderson reported the fires were set Friday in an unused part of the school. A damage estimate was not available.

Police said an arson task force investigation determined that a group of students had set the fires.

The six are being held in a secure juvenile facility awaiting a hearing. The investigation is continuing.

It is wrong to assume the parents are not good parents it is also very wrong to label any child dumb. Please think before responding to news in the future. Kids will sometimes do things out of sorts to fit in NO it may not be right but we are talking about children. try to help before pointing your finger.

If they love to watch things burn then they might be headed in the right direction where the fire never ends and is never quenched.

Too bad this country is run by liberals. In the olden days, these kids would be on death row, along with their parents.

Time to hold parents responsible for the actions of their children, there is no reason the tax payer should have to pay for their actions. Like Jethro, did they have a problem with their dress code or were they just bored?

Watch out you might be targeting a certain race with that dress code. Lets ask obama if it is ok.

lol@Jethro... maybe if there had been a dress code, these students would have been suspended for not abiding by the rules, then they would have been off somewhere else and not aournd set the school on fire! haha
