Mother Of Shaniya Davis Is Out Of Jail

A North Carolina woman charged with human trafficking in the disappearance of her 5-year-old daughter is out of jail.

Cumberland County Sheriff spokeswoman Debbie Tanna said on Wednesday that Antoinette Davis was released Sunday night on a $51,000 bond.

Davis has been charged with filing a false police report, trafficking her daughter and child abuse involving prostitution. Shaniya Davis was found dead several days after her disappearance in November.

Mario McNeill has been charged with the girl's murder, rape and kidnapping. A search warrant says McNeill picked up Shaniya in front of her home and drove her to a hotel where she was last seen alive.

I am still trying to figure out why her dad let her mom have her back. I dont understand that part of this whole thing. Shanyia's dad seem to have been better equip to take care of Shanyia. The best interest was for the child and I feel the dad dropped the ball on that one. Look at where Shaniya was living I would not let my dog live in a dump like that.

It enrages me that she was released on a bond. Who in the heck would post bond for her? I can't believe how sick people are in this world. Shaniya didn't do a thing to her, but probably love her unconditionally, even if she treated her like crap. Justice will be served baby girl!

I would like to meet the person who bailed her out in a dark alley. What the heck were they thinking
