Are You Eating Your Fruits And Veggies?

The Centers for Disease Control has a new study on which states are meeting national goals for fruit and vegetable consumption.

Not a single state qualified.

The CDC aims to have a majority of Americans eating at least 2 fruits and 3 veggies each day, but researchers say only about a third of us are meeting that goal.

Consumption is even lower among high school students. Only 13 % of them said they had at least 3 servings of vegetables a day.

There is a REALLY GOOD juice on the market that has fruits and veggies in it and it tastes really good. That would be a great alternative to the adults and chilren that don't like one or the other. Look on your juice isle.
