12,000 in NC Sign Petition Against Obama Health Care Reform

The "Hands Off Our Health Care" bus tour that made several stops in eastern Carolina last week resulted in over 12,000 people from NC signing the Americans for Prosperity Patients First petition during the six-day bus tour.

The bus traveled 1,370 miles across North Carolina making 30 stops in six days, urging constituent action against a government takeover of health care.

Dallas Woodhouse, state director of Americans for Prosperity and Patients First, says an estimated 25,000 to 50,000 calls were generated to the offices of Senator Kay Hagan asking her to oppose any public option and/or higher taxes in any health care bill.

Woodhouse says, "Thousands of hard working tax paying citizens showed up at our events to voice their opposition to the plans in Congress that puts health care in the hands of government bureaucrats. At every stop people had horror stories about their day-to-day interactions with government bureaucracies and they do not want to deal with that when it comes time to go to the doctor."

I forgot ACORN and all these other illegal fundraisers that are coming to light now. Looks like the majority of the Democratic party is filled with corruption.

Fearful that they're losing ground on immigration and health care, a group of House Democrats is pushing back and arguing that any health care bill should extend to all legal immigrants and allow illegal immigrants some access, The Washington Times reported on Monday. Now instead of getting more troops to Afganistan where they are needed they want a pull-out date. Taking away the missle defense Bush had set up to protect us from Iran, you see how things are going there. All these other countries now see America as being weak, except for you Obama lovers. Wake up and smell the coffee.

These statistics show who the racist are. African American turnout increased from 11.1% of the electorate in 2004 to 13.0% in 2008.[187] According to exit polls, over 95% of African Americans voted for Barack Obama. This played a critical role in southern states such as North Carolina. 74% of North Carolina's registered African American voters turned out, as opposed to 69% of North Carolinians in general, with Obama carrying an unprecedented 100%. poll showed that 20% of African American registered voters and 8% of White registered voters considered race the single most important factor when voting (margin of error was ± 3.1). Seems race was a bigger issue for blacks than it was for whites. Now that we oppose what he is doing we are all now labeled as racists.

Who ever even voted for Obama (bin Laden), should have seen this coming. I personally am against socialized medicine, as I do not want the government telling me where, when and who I should see to treat me medically! What a joke. When ever I see Obama Bin Laden on TV, all he talks about is how he is a muslim. I never heard any of our ex presidents bragging about their religion. This is sickening as most muslims want to kill us. Sad but true! Where do we draw the line? This is disgusting and he is making me want to move to another country to escape him.

Bob in Belhaven, just like the japanese general said "we have only succeeded to wake the sleeping giant". The measely 12,000 mentioned, the tea parties and protesting by moderates only proves just that. Why, have you ever known the middle to get involved in protest in your life? Answer=NO. All this over healthcare has succeeded to do, is just bring them together. For you koolaide drinkers, count the entire votes Obama and McCain received. This is about 110 million for both candidates. Did you wonder what happened to the other 190 million that did not vote? You will in 2010 and 2012. Did you know how many of the non voters are older or senior? Almost half, 180 million. Are you messing up their medicaid and medicare, oh yea. Everybody sing, bye bye, bye bye, Barrak, bye bye, bye bye Barrak.....

I guess all the protest against the health care reform at town meetings are also just "Bush losers" too! Go to this link and think about what is said, if you can pull your head out of the sand. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeYscnFpEyA The silent majority is finally awakening!

Those 12,000 will be the first attached by the civilian police for speaking against the leader. Some people that have spoken in public against him have already been attacked, either by loss of job, or ruined to the point of no return. I am against the health care bill I have read, but sign my name to a petition that will have no effect. obama has already said he does not care what the people think, that he will get this passed.
