Sex Offender Charged With Raping Teens, Could Be More Victims

A twice convicted sex offender now charged with raping two teenagers may have victimized several other girls.

Search warrants show there could be naked pictures of as many as 17 other victims.

Duncan Bynum, 40 years-old, is accused of raping the two at gunpoint at the braid shop that he owns in Charlotte.

The mother of one of the alleged victims, who says she found the photos of the other girls, describes them as graphic and says she found them after her daughter told her Bynum forced her to pose for pictures after he raped her in his shop.

Search warrants show police seized the photos and other items from Bynum's shop, including cameras and drugs.

He's a convicted sex-offender and he owns a braid shop where...surprise...young girls go. Something is definitely wrong with the State's supposed system of tracking sex-offenders. That dude better be glad that I'm not one of those girl's Dad. He wouldn't have to worry about prison. I would definitely do the time for him.

To C: they actually did that procedure "years ago", all this does is cause the person to resort to other forms of violence. The act of rape is more about some strange form of control more than the act itself. With that said, it's not that I don't agree with your sentiment, I cant say on this site what I would prefer to have done to these individuals, because it wouldn't pass muster. But it is proven over and over and over, that you dont rehabilitate these "animals". Buzz-

I think "us" people in our society should push legislatures to do something about this problem. Perhaps we should do some type of medical procedure (just to put it nicely) to these people, so they are not PLEASURED by raping children!!!! I'm sick of it. Why is this guy on the streets??????

A twice convicted rapist should not be out on the streets! When the flunky criminal justice system is more concerned with locking up non violent drug users/sellers this is the results. Please, please re-elect no one.
