Men Indicted On Selling Unregistered Securities In Carolinas

A South Carolina grand jury has indicted three men on a charge of selling unregistered securities in the Carolinas.

Prosecutors say the venture promised a $2,625 investment could make up to $100,000 in 16 months or less.

The investigation into 45-year-old Tony Pough, 49-year-old Tim McQueen and 43-year-old Joseph Brunson continues.

South Carolina Attorney General Henry McMaster says additional
charges may be filed.

According to the indictment, the men did business as 3 Hebrew
Boys LLC and Capital Consortium Group Inc., holding meetings in
South and North Carolina to look for potential investors.

Authorities say they had more than 14-thousand clients who gave
them more than $82 million starting in January 2004.
