The Better Business Bureau of Eastern North Carolina says Facebook users should watch out for a fake email claiming to be from the social networking website.
The email reads as follows:
Dear user of facebook,
Because of the measures taken to provide safety to our clients, your password has been changed.
You can find your new password in attached document.
Thanks,
Your Facebook.
The Better Business Bureau says, do not open this attachment. It probably is a virus or phishing scam. Facebook will never push you to reset your password automatically and will never send you a new password as part of an email attachment.
