Santorum, Romney Neck-and-Neck In Iowa

With almost all of the votes counted, it's still not clear who will win the Iowa caucuses.

Rick Santorum told cheering supporters in Des Moines "game on!" in an early Wednesday rally. He and rival Mitt Romney have had a neck-and-neck battle, never separated by more than dozens of votes.

If the votes wind up too close to call, they'll remain that way. Party officials say there will be no recount.

Ron paul is in third place and is promising to take his outsider bid for the GOP nomination into New Hampshire.

Michele Bachmann and Newt Gingrich say they're moving ahead, while Rick Perry says he's reassessing his white house bid.

The GOP campaign heads to New Hampshire on January 10.
