Congressman Butterfield To Visit New Bern

Democratic Congressman G.K. Buttefield is hosting a "State of the Economy Town Hall" in New Bern Thursday.

Butterfield's office says the hour-long event will include the congressman updating guests on what Congress is doing to create jobs. The U.S. representative will also allow people at the meeting to express their thoughts and concerns.

The event is open to the public. It is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Charlotte Rhone Cultural Center on West St.

Don't waste your time listening to this man. Obviously, he knows nothing about the economy or how to fix it!
