Perdue Completes Cabinet Picks

North Carolina Gov.-elect Beverly Perdue has wrapped up her Cabinet picks by choosing a former deputy secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services to lead the agency.

Perdue on Tuesday named Lanier Cansler as department secretary.
She also named secretaries to the other three departments.

Current Administration Secretary Britt Cobb will stay on the
job, the only holdover from outgoing Gov. Mike Easley's Cabinet.

Former Bank of America executive Kenneth Lay will head the Department of Revenue. Retired Triangle-area Council of Governments chairman Dee Freeman will lead the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

Perdue has now named all 10 Cabinet secretaries. Her inauguration is scheduled for Saturday.

I don't agree totally with the last entry here BUT I do know one of her pics appears to be very illiterate. Keller the pick for the Sec. of Corrections is suppose to be a retired JAG military lawyer. LOOK AT THE CABINET POST VIDEO on If his intelligence is any thing like his grammer he is an idiot. I can't believe he could of been a JAG lawyer and had a law degree. Based on that appearance he looks to be very UNINTELLIGENT and GOD help the NCDOC. Good Job BEV. Are you as illiterate as this pick of yours. You must be to pick him to head that Dept. I guess this is affirmative action at it's best. Nothing surprises me any more.

A cabinet full of baby killing non-believers, This country is upseting God-what we need is a revolution. Get rid of the heathens and fools. Get rid of the liberals and democrats and run this country the way intended. As a God fearing conservative society based fundimentally on Christian laws.
