Gov.-elect Beverly Perdue has named key aides who will help with her relationship with the North Carolina Legislature.
Perdue announced Wednesday that Andy Willis will be her senior adviser for governmental affairs. Courtney Crowder will be her legislative director.
Willis is a former fiscal analyst at the General Assembly who has most recently been the chief lobbyist at the Legislative Building for the University of North Carolina system.
Crowder currently works as a contract lobbyist at Capstrat in Raleigh and once served as a legislative liaison for the Insurance Department.
Perdue is assembling her administration before taking office Jan. 10.
