Russian Officials Argue About Approach To Take With Obama

Russian officials are arguing over which approach to take with President-Elect Barack Obama has he prepares to come to power in January.

Officials have differing opinions about whether Russian President Dmitry Medvedev should congratulate Obama on his November Fourth election win. The disagreement illustrates Medvedev's uncertainty of how to deal with the new U.S. Administration.

On the day after the election, Medvedev announced he would deploy Iskander medium-range weapons in Russia's Westernmost territory in retaliation for the planned U.S. Missile defense system in Poland and the Czech Republic. Obama has said he wants to ensure that the defense system is effective before approving it.

This is a Black man. You don't think he has had his share of dealing with people that precieve him as being weak? I think the Russian government will be unpleasantly surprised by his reactions if they deem President Obama as being less than capable of handling a situation such as this. Do not mistake one's laid back approach for weakness. I assure you that it is the quiet people you have to watch out for not the bullies. When you are quiet in your demeanor you usually are able to absorb more information and react in a manner more efficient. I wouldn't worry too much about His ability to handle foreign crisis.

The Russians In WW2 you know the way they cleared Mine Fields was by putting German POW's & Convicts in front of there Tanks. If the POW's or Convicts ran they got shot by the Tankers. The one's that lived after they walked through a Mine Field got to walk through another one. Obama the Russians are not from Chicago.

You have to put your mind to think like a Russian. They think the Ukrainians are an inferior race of people. What do you think they think about Black Americans? I was a Army Officer during the Cold War. The Russians are not like us they trust nobody. They have very little regard for human life. Stalin built there Country on slavery. The Kulag system and it still goes on today. This should be interesting how they deal with a Black President.
