Town Elects First Transgender Mayor

A small town in Western Oregon has elected the nation's first openly transgender Mayor.

Stu Rasmussen, a straight man who dresses like a woman, won Tuesday's Mayoral election in Silverton by 13 points. He's a native of the town who has actually served as Mayor during the 1990s.

Rasmussen says he can't wait to take office in January.
