Both Obama & McCain Have Famous Singers Entertaining For Them

Singer James Taylor says the nation urgently needs the change offered by Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.

Taylor frequently paused his concert in Raleigh on Tuesday to discuss the presidential race and North Carolina. He embarked
Sunday on a five-concert tour of the state to support Obama.

The singer of "Carolina in My Mind" said he was excited that North Carolina has become a battleground state. Taylor grew up in Chapel Hill.

Though North Carolina hasn't voted for a Democratic presidential candidate since 1976, this year's race is too close to call. Not to
be outdone, Republican presidential nominee John McCain has been
bringing country star Hank Williams Jr. on the trail.

This is why musicians, actors and talk show hosts should keep their opinions to themselves. When is comes to their business, they don't know that this can help or hurt them. I am sure some of us won't go see a movie since the actor is an liberal activist, at least I don't. Its my choice. Of course I haven't been in a Micky Dee in 28 years due their activist managers at the time on "food and water" campaign. Its my choice not to go there. Just like a garage sale recently, that had an Obama sign in the front yard. Did this effect their sale? It either helped or hurt, they should have put it away as someone might not have respect for someone who wants a president with questionable integrity, associations and religious convictions.

I'd rather vote for Hank Jr with Kid Rock as VP than either one of the choices we have

Obama has Taylor singing for him, McCain has Bocephus singing for him and ALL of we hardworking, honest and taxed to death Americans have the "fat lady" singing for us. Turn out the light, the party is over.
