McCrory Campaign Asks TV Stations To Stop Ad

GOP gubernatorial candidate Pat McCrory's campaign is asking North Carolina television stations to stop running an advertisement from an independent political group that targets him.

In a letter released Friday, the campaign's lawyer asks
television stations to stop running an ad that was paid for by the
Alliance for North Carolina, a 527 group. He said the ad makes
false claims.

The 30-second spot began running Thursday. It says McCrory
supports pay raises for politicians, including himself.

But in the letter to TV stations, the McCrory campaign says
elements in the ad are either false or made in disregard of the
truth. The letter says the campaign wants stations to stop running
the ad so the campaign doesn't have to take the issue to court.

Suck it up McCrory! Just move on with it. Make your own add that disclaims it. Don't waste our court's time with your whining about someone calling you names. You sound like a liberal when you do that! Give your potential constituents some credit. We are more educated than those liberals. You aren't going to win them anyway. You need your base and unfortunately you need those mushy headed swing voters who have no idea what they believe in or stand for. If they did, they wouldn't be swing voters would they? We don't want to hear anymore whining from you about what some 527 group is doing. COUNTER IT AND MOVE ON!

The evil democrats will try anything to derail a Republican. I'm voting for McCrory. I'm sick and tired of the liberals taking from the working class and giving it to the bums and illegals. McCrory/08.
