Just hours after Hillary Clinton left Jacksonville, the Barack Obama campaign announced the Illinois senator is returning to Eastern Carolina.

The senator will attend a town hall meeting Monday evening in Wilson.

The event will be held at Beddingfield High School on Old Stantonsburg Road.
Doors open at 4:00 p.m., with the program beginning at 6:00 p.m.

This will be Obama's second visit to the east. Last week thousands of people gathered at Minges Coliseum in Greenville for his campaign stop.

From the Obama Campaign:

For the first time in my life there is no one running for President that I can vote for. In the past there has been at least one I could hold my nose and vote for. But there are in my opinion no differences between Obama, Clinton and McCain. They are all equally despicable in my eyes. If it were not for our local elections I'd be sitting this one out. When it comes to who'll get my vote for President, I'll be writing in my old High School Driver's Ed teacher.

Brandi: Should Obama have something aganist McCain of a simular manner he would have it all over national TV. Obama needs a little cheese with his whine.

Please do not show the Republican ad involving Rev.Wright. It seems to be a not so veiled attempt to influence the Presidential primary and has little bearing on the Gubernatorial election. This looks like a ploy by the big wigs in North Carolina's Republican party to impact our Democratic primary and sway voters ultimately toward Senator Clinton with the hope that she will then win the nomination and be defeated by Senator McCain. We as a community should not allow this to happen. Please let the voters decide without below the belt politcal advertizing.

This man scares me. I hear the talk, the need to change, but will he do the walk? How many of you feel you should pay taxes to help people that made bad home loans and lived beyond their means.
