Hillary Clinton Asked About Monica Lewinsky At Wake Forest

A supporter of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton brought up the topic Clinton didn't want to talk about -- Monica Lewinsky.

The Winston-Salem Journal reports that a woman in the audience
Friday night at Wake Forest University shocked others of the 2,000
people in the crowd when she said she felt sorry for Clinton over
Bill Clinton's affair with Lewinsky. The woman then asked who her
running mate would be.

Mrs. Clinton didn't address the Lewinsky comment and said it was
too early to discuss a running mate.

Clinton appeared with poet and Wake Forest professor Maya

not only was the question unfair in my opinion it was just plain "stupid" and I feel the "idiot" who asked that stupid question should be asked one herself. How does it feel to be a FOOL?

kay, If I was running for president and something my husband did in the past had him go to impeachment hearings (only the second president to ever do so) then yes I would feel as if i need to address it. And yes I would be asking the same question if it was a mans wife who cheated on him. Lets get real and stop hiding behind the color of skin and sex of the canidates in this race and look at the people for what they are and what they stand for.

Would you ask either one of the male candidates this question if their wives had an affair???? NO, you would not. That is a between Hillary and her husband. How would you like it if some one kept asking you about things that happened in your past. I think that this has made her a stonger person and because of it she could make a much better leader than either of the other 2. Why would she put her and her family through all of this if she felt that she was not the "Best candidate" and I tend to agree with her.

I think this says quite a bit for the person who asked the question. I feel certain the "sicko" enjoys putting everyone in embarassing situations. The word is "CRASS".

If everyone would look at what is going on in their own life and try to correct it or keep their secrets from the public eye, then how many people would be able to say they have a clean life that has no secrets? Not very many people! Everyone has secrets or has made bad decisions that they regret. Leave it alone. Focus on the future, not something that happened years ago.

What you folks don't get is this. Bill and Hillary are both liars. What other "dirty" laundry can they be blackmailed with?? You think that doesn't affect us all? How about special interest groups, how about foreign govts? When they take that job...they have NO personal life. Can't stand the heat...get outta that kitchen!

"Nobody Important", I see how your question can be regarded as sexist. Traditionally, the man-figure is seen as the ruler of the house and the country. Hillary is working to remove these traditional barriers. In reference to your question, some may argue that Hillary values collaboration in making decisions. Perhaps, she and Bill resolved their issues through negotiations. Some could argue that her ability to negotiate and collaborate with others can be used to her advantage. These are just some ideas that I have postulated which other people, in a broader scope, may propose.
