Study: Late Night Texting Keeping Teens From Sleep

Late night texting and too much screen time have parents concerned their kids are overstimulated, and not getting enough sleep.

A new article published by researcher in Australia suggests sleepy kids are nothing new. They tracked sleep data more than a hundred years. Actual sleep has always been about half an hour less than what's recommended, and concerns about modern life and over-stimulation were expressed consistently, dating back to 1897.
