(WTLV) Two women have been charged with animal cruelty after police found multiple dead dogs in their Jacksonville, Florida hotel rooms.
Denise Jimenez, 40, and her 21-year-old daughter Seantey Jimenez were arrested after police followed up on a tip of animal neglect and cruelty at a Super 8 Hotel.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to the hotel Friday and a manager let police into rooms 140 and 142.
During the check of room 140, police allegedly found three animal crates taped with garbage bags containing dead animals. Two live dogs were also found in the room, one was in a crate and another on a bed.
