White House Shooting Suspect Thought He Was Jesus And Obama Was The Antichrist

Court documents and people who know him indicate an Idaho man accused of firing an assault rifle at the White House believed he was Jesus.

They also say that Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez thought President Barack Obama was the Antichrist.

Ortega-Fernandez appeared in federal court in Pittsburgh Thursday where he was charged with attempting to assassinate the president or his staff. He's accused of firing nine rounds at the White House last Friday night, one of them cracking a window in the first family's living quarters. The president and first lady were away.

At one point, he even suggested to an acquaintance that the president was planning to implant computer tracking chips into children. But his mother says he has no history of mental illness.

According to a court document released after the hearing, authorities recovered nine spent shell casings from Ortega's car, which was found abandoned near the White House shortly after the shooting. An assault rifle with a scope was found inside.

Previous Story

Authorities say a man clad in black who was obsessed with President Barack Obama pulled his car within view of the White House at night and fired shots from an assault rifle, cracking a window of the first family's living quarters while the president was away.

The U.S. Secret Service found two bullets had hit the White House and agents caught up with Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez in Pennsylvania on Wednesday after a four-day search. Police arrested the 21-year-old Idaho man at a hotel after a desk clerk recognized his picture. Ortega is scheduled to make his first appearance at 2 p.m. Thursday in federal court in Pittsburgh and many questions remained about his motive and background.

Previous Story

The Secret Service says a bullet hit an exterior window of the White House and was stopped by ballistic glass.

An additional round of ammunition was also found on the exterior of the White House. The bullets were found Tuesday.

The discovery follows reports of gunfire near the White House on Friday. Witnesses heard shots and saw two speeding vehicles in the area. An AK-47 rifle was also recovered.

The Secret Service says it has not conclusively connected Friday's incident with the bullets found on the White House grounds. U.S. Park Police have an arrest warrant out for Oscar Ortega-Hernandez, who is believed to be connected to the earlier incident.

Both conservatives and liberals and anyone in between needs to research the capabilities of RFIDs. It's a pretty crazy idea that the government would implant us with these and it's easy to brush off simply by calling someone paranoid. They are using chips in dogs to condition us into thinking its normal. They will use the same selling points to connive you they are good: easy too track health records in case of emergency yadayadayada. This is real people wake up! There's a war out for your freedom.

The many unreasoned and illogical comments on both sides is a sure sign of the present intellectual shallowness of this country. These commenst indicate both the right and left are clueless and if either has its way, we are royally screwed as a nation. Peole need to get over themselves and work together to find solutions. No wonder Congress is disfunctional. Most of the comments show the citizenry is disfunctional.

"The guy definitely has a future in right wing politics. He has what it takes. He hates Obama, god talks to him. Now if he can just whip out a few gospel songs and sexually harass or assault a half dozen women he can be at the top of the ticket." Hey, even a republican has to admit that that one is hilarious...

Except Biblical studies don't really see the whole picture, sorry but there was a lot more going on in the world just the Mediterranean and the Middle East. And let's not forget that 'Revelation' is still debatable about whether it's canon or not, only some of the Christian sub-religions actual have it in their New Testament while many others don't.

That's because the bible has been translated a thousand times into a thousand versions. You'll eventually find something in there to support your cause if you look hard enough such as: being able to beat your wife, how sleeping with your sister is acceptable, how only a man and woman can 'lie' together.

hey ? the book in the Bible is "Revelation" there is no "s" on ther... if you are going to make fun of someone's ignorance at least cite the correct work

An 's', is that it, that's your rebuttal? If you had actually comprehended my post you would know I wasn't making 'fun' of Patsy, I was simply pointing out why Obama is anything but the Anti-Christ. But since the ‘s’ is so important to you, ‘Revelation’, there happy now? I’ll await a proper rebuttal, but I know all I’ll get is one where you chew me out for some other grammar/spelling mistake. Speaking of that, what does ‘ther’ mean? Oh, and I didn’t realize you could start a sentence with a lower case letter; I also see no commas or even a period. I think it goes “pot calling the kettle black”.

The writer of the book didn't title it, actually. If you are going to make fun of someone's incorrect citation, at least learn Ancient Greek.

I just thought I should point out for the ‘Occupiers’ that think the rich need to pay more 'taxes', it’s clear that the issue that the ‘protesters’ have with the rich is just simple jealously (as long as the money was procured legally). Yes, I know, hard to believe, but it’s clearly the truth, think about it. If someone works their fingers to the bone to legally earn themselves a million dollars or more and they pay the current rate of their taxes on that amount of money, why should they all of a sudden have to pay anywhere from 10 – 90% more in taxes just because they make or have more money then everyone else? Even if you somehow ‘fix’ the ‘problem’, aka ‘redistributing the wealth’, someone will still be rich somewhere (probably whoever is funding this ‘revolt’). The ‘Occupiers’ are being played, anyone can see it if you sit down for five seconds and think about it. Like I’ve said time and time again, the Government is the one who allows companies to make ridiculous amounts of money, not Wall Street. Didn’t Obama just make it even easier for companies to fly over to China (#1 in child labor, #1 in forced labor, #1 in destroying historical artifacts, and #1 in taxing the crap out of the poor) to make even more shady, under the table deals. I just don’t get how people can’t see this, oh wait, that’s because none of the people protesting have actually done any research whatsoever. They’re just protesting to protest!

I think the point that protesters are making isn't that the money wasn't obtained legally, it's that the law was obtained financially.

But they are still protesting the wrong people, protesting Wall Street will not change those laws, protesting the Government can. The issue is that the Government continues to make laws that make Wall Street even more money while all this protesting is happening, so clearly they are not accomplishing anything.

Well, separating Wall Street from government is like separating two halves of a glass of water. They flow into and out of one another in ways that would give an ethics professor a coronary. I mean Goldman Sachs didn't just profit from deregulation policy, they wrote and approved the deregulation policy. And now you have their former CEO milking half of Europe straight out of the old playbook, while everyone glares at the Greek prime minister? Please.

Bravo Patsy, Bravo. Again showing how 'educated' you are, you actually think the president is the Anti-Christ, please re-read Revelations, Obama has yet to bring peace to the middle east and more than likely never will considering how much he’s pissing them all off. Remember the Anti is loved by all that means everyone including you and me, I know for a fact I don’t love Obama but he’s no Anti-Christ. I highly doubt he could ever live down to that kind of responsibility, considering he blames everything on everyone else.
