Republican Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan was in Raleigh Wednesday as part of a two state swing to bring momentum to the campaign.
The rally was held at a power painting plant in Raleigh. While there, Ryan got those in attendance fired up on everything from the economy to Obama's health reform, what he and Mitt Romney plan to do in our state if elected.
Ryan told the 1,300 people in attendance, "Our rights come from nature and God, not government. We don't work for government, government works for us and the people." Ryan also vows to cutback on government spending. "We've got to stop spending money we don't have."
Ryan also announced he would extend his visit in North Carolina by one more day and visit Fayetteville, home of Fort Bragg.
