Hilton Hotel will be taking customer service to a whole new level through the use of guests' very own smartphones.
The hotel is giving guests the opportunity to control their stay by using enhanced features in the Hilton Hotel app.
The app will soon allow guests to check in electronically, choose their exact room, purchase upgrades and make special requests before even arriving at the hotel.
Guests will be available to digitally check-in at more than 4,000 hotels across Hilton's worldwide properties by the end of the year.
By the end of 2015, Hilton plans to roll out technology that allows guests to use their smartphone as a room key.
