Toys R Us is recalling approximately 9,000 Imaginarium Activity Walkers due to a possible choking hazard.
Officials say a small bolt and spacer that attaches each front wheel to the walker can come loose, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Toys R Us says you should stop using it immediately and take it back for a refund or store credit.
