saywha; how did we get from dick cheney,, to my admittedly horrendous keyboarding abilities? no, it wouldn't kill me to use proper punctuation and capitalization, but with hands like a stalk of bananas, it would take much longer to type. sorry

There's only 2 reasons why an American would be in Iran. 1) They are a spy. Or... 2) They are a moron.

We either have troops in or have bombed every single country that borders Iran. If Iran is not doing EVERYTHING possible to build up a nuclear arsenal, raise a powerful military, and ally themselves with North Korea or China, then they are really stupid! It is very obvious to anyone with a lick of tactical sense that invasion is imminent.

Dangerous as in: Fighting illegal wars in the countries on both sides of us while convincing its people that we are very dangerous and want to wipe their holy land off the face of the Earth dangerous? Or since the opposite is true they may attack us preemptively dangerous?

Rule the world as in: having a military occupation in over 130 nations? Cause that job has already been taken.

Somebody should check up on what Dick Cheney has been up to since he has a record of outing CIA operatives.

Hey,looky what I found, Cheney's right hand man, Scooter Libby taking the fall for following his boss's orders: I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby (born August 22, 1950) is a former adviser to Vice President Dick Cheney, later disbarred and convicted of a felony.[1] From 2001 to 2005, Libby held the titles of Assistant to the Vice President for National Security Affairs and Chief of Staff to the Vice President of the United States[2] and Assistant to the President during the administration of President George W. Bush. In October 2005, Libby was indicted by a federal grand jury in connection with the investigation of the leak of the covert identity of Central Intelligence Agency officer Valerie Plame Wilson.[3][4][5] Plame's relationship with the CIA was formerly classified information.[3] Libby was indicted on five counts relating to the Plame affair: Two counts of perjury, two counts of making false statements to federal investigators, and one count of obstruction of justice. Libby resigned all three government positions immediately after the indictment was announced.[6] In the subsequent federal trial, United States v. Libby, the jury convicted Libby on four of the five counts in the indictment (one count of obstruction of justice, two counts of perjury, and one of the counts of making false statements) and acquitted on the second count of making false statements.[7]. Facts are wonderful things.....learn a few. Moron, indeed.

Now,,the rest of the story. the issue at hand was yellow cake, going to iraq from africa. wilson (a low level political hack, as was his wife valerie) spent three months in africa, lounging poolside at a 4 star hotel after which he submitted a predetermined report. it's an election year and chicago politics by the democrats mandated controversy about the bush administration.everybody and their brother was accused of outing the alleged covert operative valerie, including reporter bob novak, since deceased. ultimately, the "outing" was admitted to by a fellow low level hack, at a d.c. party (the admission was taped and aired on the news). finally, all charges were dropped as baseless. BUT,,that would be much too embarrassing for the dems, so they hung liddy on totally unrelated charges. a typical exercise in d.c. politics. get beyond the headlines, delve into the circumstances, from ALL sources, and we see the democrat spin machine at work. just like these "ladies" herman cain is said to have violated 15 or 20 years ago. all of a sudden, 15 years later, THEY ARE OFFENDED. OR,, the connection between OWS, van jones, obama, bill ayers and acorn. AND,,i'm still waiting to see obama's bona fides. he has no history,,WHY?

Ah, I see you threw out two thirds of the holy trinity of the far-right nut job know nothing's : Bill Ayers and Acorn. You had better hope snake oil and Wolfgang don't read your post as they will be incredibly disappointed that you left out "lame stream media." You should be ashamed! Since we are all friends here, might I give a little ol' writing critique? Now I am rarely one to play grammar police since I am certainly not above making a few errors myself, but would it kill you to capitalize when appropriate and learn the correct use of commas? Thanks a bunch and God bless!

We have a problem! This could turn into a real mess for those CIA agents and our foreign policy. Rest assured Obama and those career libs in the State Department will botch it if a crisis develops.
