Wikileaks founder Julian Assange is scheduled to go before Britain's supreme court Wednesday to appeal a lower court's decision to extradite him to Sweden.

Assange faces accusations there of sexual assaulting two women during what began as consensual sex. Assange believes the assault charge is an attempt to silence him after he released thousands of secret cables about the Iraq and Afghan wars.
