Officials say a semi-tractor trailer loaded with rolls of plastic struck the family minivan from behind during stop-and-go traffic. Two other vehicles, a SUV and a car were also involved in the pileup.
Police say the driver of the tractor-trailer, an Ohio man, was charged with reckless driving. He was not injured.
