Angelina Jolie To Visit Haiti With UN Refugee Agency

The U.N. refugee agency says its goodwill ambassador Angelina Jolie is heading to Haiti to meet with earthquake victims.

The Hollywood star spoke with hospitalized Haitian survivors in the neighboring Dominican Republic on Monday.

UNHCR spokesman Andrej Mahecic said Jolie would travel to Haiti later Tuesday. He provided no details of her planned itinerary for security reasons.

Jolie has previously visited Iraq, Thailand, Pakistan and other countries with UNHCR.

The irony....10 americans are in jail for trying to cross into the DR with 33 'orphans', I am willing to bet everything that I own that Jolie will fly out of the country with two or three Haitian children in each arm.... Hey Brad, I hope you are listening, looks like you are going to have a few more mouths to feed.

Since she is a rep. of the UN, she like other UN officials will actually accomplish nothing. Maybe she can acquire another child.

Why is this news. She is a person that spends thousands of dollars a year to try and look good. As for her work, she does says what someone tells her to say and does what someone tells her to do. She can't keep her personal life together so why such a big deal for her to meet with quake victims. They need help not a visit from a person that does what someone else tells them to do.

Who cares, she won't get her hands dirty anyway. It's all for show.
