Former Blackwater Contractors Facing Murder Charges

Two former Blackwtaer contractors have been arrested on murder charges in the deaths of two Afghans last year.

An indictment obtained by the AP charges 27-year-old Justin Cannon and 29-year-old Chris Drotleff with second-degree murder, attempted murder and weapons charges. Both of them are in custody. Both Cannon and Drotleff have said in recent interviews that they were justified when they opened fire on a threatening vehicle last year. Blackwater, now known as XE, fired both men after the shooting for failing to comply with the terms of their contract. The indictment says the shooting at a Kabul intersection killed two men.

I am sure this is not politically motivated. Seems like its open season on people that defend themselves or fight a war. I hope our soldiers know how to read the enemy the miranda rights before they shoot them.....
