McNamara the body count man. The more of the enemy dead body counts we put on TV. The stupid Americans will believe we can win this war. Another lying Democrat rest on all those men who died in your Democratic war. It took Nixon to stop it by bombing North Viet Nam. Which McNamara refused to do. The Dems want Bush for War crimes McNamara Dems should be your man. Oh but now he is dead?

I haven't forgotten. This politician was part of the problem that held us back. Politicians need to learn to allow professionals execute warfare. The objective is to WIN, not avoid offending anyone.

How easily we forget: McNamara under Kennedy and Johnson Killed or caused 47,378, wounded 304,704, Missing 2338 (some not yet accounted for), Captured 766 in Vietnam. Vietnam and the Bay of Pigs were under the Democrates watch, both a total loss. How easily we forget.

for a man who was responsible for the deaths of 50,000 american man in vietnam and he admits he "deeply regrets" that war I would say his professional life was an absolute failure. Its too bad. He may have been a nice guy but nice guys who lose their moral sense are a disgrace. RIP with the 50,000 who did not deserve their fate.
