Unemployment Report Worse Than Expected

Employers cut a larger-than-expected 467,000 jobs in June, driving the unemployment rate up to a 26-year high of 9.5 percent, suggesting that the economy's road to recovery will be a bumpy one.

Economists had expected 363,000 job cuts last months, and that the jobless rate would rise to 9.6 percent from 9.4 percent in May.

If laid-off workers who have given up looking for new jobs or have settled for part-time work are included, the unemployment rate would have been 16.5 percent in June, the highest on records dating to 1994.

Expect more of the same. Mr. Obama is totally lost. He really expected his Socialist program would some how work. We are only at the beginning of this mess. We have to get some people elected who will stop this maddness. In the interim, we must flood our elected officials with the concern we have for our country. If we let Obama and the Democrats continue, we are DOOMED.

So this Obama's approach to saving and creating jobs. I wonder if Obama and his Chicago mafia will require all of the government buildings in Dc to convert to GREEN/CLEAN. Cap and Trade, just more government control and taxes. Time to say NO. Time to buck the tiger.

Of course, you will bash us on "no gay marriage" but not on unemployment? Wait, if you are to be true to George Soros and Barach Hussin Obama, you should be defending all of there wants, not yours. Stand up and defend you brothers! Devil Dog, there are so much embedded in that bill they still, have not been able to read, just wait. Not one of the house read the entire document, not one. The did what they were told like the sheep to the chosen one they are. And to think these idots were voted in office. Well, get behind the other sheep.....baaaaahhhhhhhh,bahhhhhhhh. It sure smells the same as it did before. Good thing we got out of the herd.

Hey Earl..Wait until all the old homes have to be retrofitted to comply with Federal Standards. That will cost homeowners thousands before they can sell their home. I'm glad I just sold my home and now in a nice apartment. No yardwork, no taxes, and money to spend!!! Wake up people!

This is not a surprise to anyone. The media and the White House is out today saying "It is positive" and "job loss is slowing" because they know they are the cause of this mess. Just wait until inflation hits!!! Just wait until "cap and trade" taxes hit!!! Just wait until health care socialization hits!!! Just wait until we are attacked again because of a weakened military!!!! It is incredible that people are still failing to see that this is the highest unemployment levels since.........THE LAST TIME WE HAD DEMS IN CHARGE OF THE WH, HOUSE, and SENATE!!!

So, hows that hopey changey thing going there sparky? Well, this is what you voted for and you are certainly getting it. So I had to lay off 30 employees today since things have gotten so tight. It was a hard decision as most are loyal and hard working. So, I thought about the economy and why we are headed this way and went out to the parking lot. Well, I laid off all the people that had Obama Bumper stickers. Well they wanted change, we gave em what they were looking for.
